Getting to the clog
We always look for the access point closest to the clog. A cleanout works when there is one and it gives us the best access. Often, the right approach is pulling a toilet or taking apart the drain piping under a sink. The location of the blockage determines where we start.
A clog at one sink usually calls for a different approach from a backup affecting several fixtures. We check which drains are affected and work from the access that puts us closest to the trouble.
Wipes, roots and old pipes
In Levittown, most clogs we deal with come from wipes, tree roots and old pipes. Wipes collect in the line. Roots catch waste and restrict the opening. Older piping can give buildup more places to collect.
We clear the blockage and explain what we find. When grease is the issue, especially in kitchen and restaurant lines, we offer hydro jetting to clean the line with water.
When a clog keeps coming back
A sewer camera inspection is available as an optional add-on with its own charge. We recommend it when needed, including recurring clogs, roots or signs of an old or damaged pipe. It is separate from standard drain cleaning.
We offer same-day service and answer calls 24/7. Free estimates on most jobs. If there's ever a charge, we'll tell you up front.
Common questions
Do you always use a cleanout?
We use the closest practical access. That may be a cleanout, the toilet opening or the drain beneath a sink.
Is a camera inspection included?
It is a separate service with its own charge. We recommend it when the problem calls for a closer look.
Do you clean restaurant drains?
Yes. We clear restaurant drains and offer hydro jetting for grease buildup.
